Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge # 196 - Add Spots and Stripes

Its time for a new challenge over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge - and this week the theme is Add Spots and Stripes.  I chose this fun santa digi for this challenge, and though I would normally pick patterned paper, I decided to do something a little different for my spots and stripes - see the santa hats!
